With expertise and a motivational approach, Freddie inspires discipline, respect, and perseverance. Freddie guides clients to achieve fitness, weight loss, and self-defense skills through personal training and classes.

Karan, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt and MMA fighter, has trained and competed across Canada and the United States. His martial arts journey spans multiple disciplines, blending both grappling and striking techniques. Along the way, he has achieved a personal transformation, shedding over 100 pounds.

Rob is a professional MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt. Achieving championship titles in MMA at both 170 & 185 pounds, Rob is experienced in all aspects of striking and grappling.

Coach Kieran is a highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, with a strong background in no-gi. Kieran began his martial arts journey at a young age, inspired by UFC legend George Saint Pierre.
Kieran has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the BJJ community, training with the best in the world and boasting a strong competition record.

Pedro
Professor Pedro was born in Brazil, and began training in martial arts at the age of 5. After starting BJJ at 15, Pedro quickly developed a name for himself in the community. Pedro started visiting in Canada in 2018, and soon after started international competition placing and outright winning many tournaments and opens at black belt.

Solomon is a Judo Black belt and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple belt. In Judo, he is a 3x Canadian National gold medalist, and an American Open silver medalist. Having trained extensively under several Olympians and provincial team coaches, Solomon is a master of bringing a fight to the ground.

Albert
Albert first turned to yoga as a way to unwind from corporate stress. Over time the practice became a steady source of growth, leading him to complete his 200-hour yoga teacher training. His background includes years of Agatsu strength and mobility training with kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight work, which shaped the way he understands movement.

Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, boasting a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification, plus an additional 140 hours of specialized instructor yoga training. With her extensive education and passion for yoga, Carmen is dedicated to helping students of all levels deepen their practice and achieve a greater sense of well-being.
